1. Purpose of the Partner Program

The lyonbars.gold Partner Program enables selected partners to recommend products and offers from lyonbars.gold through their own websites, blogs, social media channels, newsletters, or other permitted communication channels.

lyonbars.gold offers premium GoldCards and FineCards that combine modern design, an emotional gift concept, and genuine material value. The products contain real 999.9 fine gold bars and are aimed, among others, at private customers, gift buyers, collectors, companies, B2B customers, and clients seeking individual OEM or custom designs.

Affiliates receive a commission for qualified sales generated through their correctly attributed affiliate links or approved affiliate coupons, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the lyonbars.gold Partner Program is open to natural persons and legal entities that operate suitable, reputable, and thematically relevant communication channels.

Suitable partners may include, in particular:

• operators of blogs, magazines, and specialist portals
• providers in the fields of gifts, lifestyle, luxury, weddings, collectibles, wealth preservation, or business gifts
• influencers and content creators with a high-quality environment
• B2B intermediaries, consultants, and agencies
• companies with a relevant target audience
• operators of reputable newsletters or community offerings

There is no entitlement to acceptance into the Partner Program.

lyonbars.gold reserves the right to review each application individually, reject it, or terminate an existing partnership without stating reasons, particularly if the partner’s appearance, advertising methods, or communication do not align with the lyonbars.gold brand.

3. Registration and Approval

Registration takes place via the affiliate registration form provided on lyonbars.gold.

Complete and truthful information must be provided during registration, in particular:

• name or company name
• contact address
• email address
• website or social media channel
• country / registered office
• planned advertising methods
• payment details for future payouts, where required

Approval is granted only after manual review by lyonbars.gold. Prior to approval, there is no entitlement to tracking, commission, or use of advertising materials.

The affiliate must promptly update any changes to the information provided or notify lyonbars.gold accordingly.

4. Commissionable Sales

A commission is generated only for qualified sales that can be clearly attributed to an affiliate.

A qualified sale exists when:

1. a customer reaches lyonbars.gold via a valid affiliate link or an approved affiliate coupon,
2. the purchase takes place within the valid tracking period,
3. the order has been paid in full,
4. the order has not been cancelled, revoked, refunded, or classified as fraudulent,
5. there has been no breach of these Affiliate Terms and Conditions.

As a general rule, commissions are only finally approved once the order has been completed, paid, and is no longer at risk of reversal.

lyonbars.gold may record commissions provisionally and release them only after an internal review or retention period has expired.

5. Commission Model

The specific commission amount is determined by lyonbars.gold and may vary depending on the product, product category, campaign, affiliate, sales volume, or individual agreement.

Possible commission models include, in particular:

• percentage commission on the commissionable merchandise value
• fixed commission per qualified order
• fixed commission per product sold
• individual B2B or OEM referral agreements
• special arrangements for selected partners

As lyonbars.gold offers products containing real gold, the commission is not automatically calculated on the full economic precious metal value. lyonbars.gold reserves the right to exclude specific product components, shipping costs, payment fees, taxes, discounts, coupons, or other ancillary costs from the commission calculation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the following applies:

• no commission on shipping costs
• no commission on taxes, duties, or fees
• no commission on refunded amounts
• no commission on fully cancelled orders
• no commission on self-purchases
• no commission on fraudulent or manipulated orders

The applicable commission rate will be communicated in the affiliate dashboard, in a separate agreement, or by individual notification.

6. Tracking and Cookie Duration

Sales are attributed through the affiliate tracking system used on lyonbars.gold.

Unless otherwise stated, the tracking period is 30 days from the first qualified click on a valid affiliate link.

Attribution can only take place if tracking functions technically and is not prevented by browser settings, cookie blockers, consent settings, technical disruptions, manual deletion of cookies, or other circumstances.

lyonbars.gold does not guarantee that every referral can be technically recorded. Commissions are paid only on the basis of data correctly recorded in the affiliate system and confirmed by lyonbars.gold.

If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the attribution model determined by lyonbars.gold shall generally apply, for example last-click attribution. Multiple commissions for the same order are excluded.

7. Affiliate Coupons

lyonbars.gold may assign individual coupon codes or affiliate coupons to selected affiliates.

Such a coupon serves to attribute sales and may additionally include a customer benefit, provided this has been expressly approved.

Affiliates may communicate only coupon codes, discounts, and promotional conditions approved by lyonbars.gold.

The following are prohibited in particular:

• invented discount codes
• expired discount codes
• misleading discount promises
• statements such as “exclusive” unless expressly confirmed
• publication of internal or non-approved coupons
• use of coupon sites without prior approval
• promotion of lyonbars.gold through misleading discount portals

lyonbars.gold may modify, deactivate, or withdraw affiliate coupons at any time.

8. Permitted Advertising Methods

Affiliates may promote lyonbars.gold in a factual, high-quality, and brand-compliant manner.

Permitted methods include, in particular:

• editorial articles
• product recommendations
• blog posts
• newsletters sent to the affiliate’s own recipient lists
• social media posts
• gift guides
• high-quality product presentations
• comparison and topic-based articles, provided they are fair and accurate
• B2B referrals
• personal recommendations in a business context

Communication should reflect the character of the lyonbars.gold brand: premium, reputable, design-oriented, value-oriented, and trustworthy.

Affiliates must not make statements that present lyonbars.gold, its products, or the gold value contained in the products in an exaggerated, false, speculative, or legally problematic manner.

9. Prohibited Advertising Methods

The following are prohibited in particular:

9.1 Spam and Unsolicited Advertising

The following are prohibited:

• spam emails
• unsolicited mass advertising
• automated direct messages
• comment spam
• forum spam
• social media spam
• messenger spam
• purchased or unlawfully obtained recipient lists

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their advertising activities comply with the applicable data protection, competition, and advertising regulations.

9.2 Misleading Advertising

False or misleading information is prohibited, particularly regarding:

• product availability
• prices
• discounts
• delivery times
• gold weight
• gold quality
• origin
• certificates
• value development
• investment character
• guarantees
• exclusivity
• partnership status

In particular, affiliates must not create the impression that lyonbars.gold guarantees an increase in value, a return, or a secure capital investment.

9.3 Investment and Return Promises

The products of lyonbars.gold contain real gold, but they are positioned as premium GoldCards, gift products, collectibles, design objects, and B2B/OEM products.

Affiliates must not use statements such as:

• “guaranteed increase in value”
• “secure return”
• “better than any investment”
• “risk-free investment”
• “guaranteed inflation protection”
• “guaranteed profit”
• “GoldCard as a speculative product”
• “buy now, sell later at a guaranteed higher price”

Factual references to the fact that the products contain real fine gold and have a material precious metal component are permitted, provided they are accurate, restrained, and not formulated as investment advice.

9.4 Brand Bidding and Search Engine Advertising

Without prior written approval from lyonbars.gold, affiliates are prohibited from placing paid advertising on brand terms or brand-like terms.

This applies in particular to terms such as:

• lyonbars
• lyonbars.gold
• Lyonbars Gold
• GoldCards by lyonbars.gold
• FineCards by lyonbars.gold
• spelling variants, typos, or similar terms

It is also prohibited to place advertisements that create the impression of originating from the official lyonbars.gold shop itself.

9.5 Domain Names, Social Handles, and Brand Use

Affiliates may not register or use domains, subdomains, social media handles, profiles, or advertising accounts that contain the name lyonbars, lyonbars.gold, or confusingly similar designations.

Examples of prohibited uses include:

• lyonbars-discount.[tld]
• lyonbars-coupon.[tld]
• lyonbarsgold-shop.[tld]
• @lyonbars_discount
• @lyonbars_partner_official

The use of the name lyonbars.gold is permitted only within the scope of a factual, accurate, and non-misleading recommendation.

9.6 Coupon and Cashback Abuse

The following are prohibited:

• automated cookie dropping
• forced clicks
• cookie stuffing
• toolbars or browser extensions without approval
• cashback models without express approval
• unauthorized coupon portals
• misleading “show discount” mechanisms
• pop-ups that trigger tracking without a genuine recommendation
• traffic from incentive systems without approval

9.7 Own Purchases and Self-Commissioning

Affiliates may not generate commissions on their own purchases, purchases by related persons, or purchases by affiliated companies unless expressly approved by lyonbars.gold.

Self-commissioning, sham orders, manipulated orders, or artificially generated transactions will result in forfeiture of the commission and may lead to immediate termination of the partnership.

10. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates undertake to present lyonbars.gold in a high-quality and brand-compliant manner.

In particular, the brand must not be associated with:

• dubious financial promises
• aggressive coupon marketing
• gambling
• political propaganda
• extremist content
• pornographic content
• illegal products or services
• misleading advertising
• hate, discrimination, or defamatory content
• spam or scam offers

Logos, product images, texts, brand claims, or other materials from lyonbars.gold may be used only insofar as they have been provided or expressly approved by lyonbars.gold.

Changes to logos, product images, or official advertising materials are permitted only with prior approval.

11. Product Presentation

Affiliates must communicate carefully and accurately when presenting the products.

Correct information is particularly important regarding:

• gold weight
• fineness
• product type
• design character
• scope of delivery
• certificates, where available
• packaging
• price
• availability
• delivery country
• shipping conditions

The products must not be presented as pure investment products. The character of lyonbars.gold lies in the combination of real gold, premium design, gift concept, emotional value, and lasting substance.

12. B2B, OEM, and Custom Inquiries

Affiliates may also refer qualified B2B, corporate gifting, OEM, or custom design inquiries to lyonbars.gold.

The standard commissions of the Affiliate Program do not automatically apply to such inquiries. Compensation for B2B or OEM referrals requires separate confirmation or agreement by lyonbars.gold.

In particular, lyonbars.gold may define individual terms for larger quantities, individual designs, corporate customers, special productions, or long-term business contacts.

An entitlement to commission for B2B or OEM transactions exists only if the referral has been clearly documented and confirmed by lyonbars.gold.

13. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are paid only after review and approval by lyonbars.gold.

Payment is made according to the payout schedule determined by lyonbars.gold, for example monthly or quarterly.

The requirements for payout are:

• reaching the minimum payout amount
• complete and correct payment details
• no outstanding questions regarding affiliate activity
• no indications of abuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions
• expiry of any applicable retention period

The minimum payout amount is CHF 100 unless otherwise agreed.

Payouts may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or another payment method offered by lyonbars.gold.

Any payment fees, bank charges, currency exchange costs, or other costs shall be borne by the affiliate or deducted from the payout.

14. Taxes, Duties, and Invoicing

Affiliates are solely responsible for the proper taxation of their commission income and for compliance with all tax, commercial, and social security obligations applicable to them.

Where required, the affiliate must provide lyonbars.gold with a proper invoice or the information necessary for a credit note.

For companies, the following may be required in particular:

• full company name
• billing address
• UID/MWST/VAT number, where available
• bank details
• tax residence
• contact person

lyonbars.gold is entitled to withhold payouts as long as necessary tax or accounting information is missing.

15. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Fraud Cases

If an order is cancelled, revoked, refunded, unpaid, identified as fraudulent, or reversed for any other reason, the commission entitlement shall lapse in whole or in part.

Commissions already recorded may be corrected, cancelled, or offset against future payouts.

This applies in particular in cases of:

• full refund
• partial refund
• chargeback
• payment fraud
• abusive order
• self-purchase
• breach of these Terms and Conditions
• false or manipulated attribution

16. Affiliate Transparency Obligation

Affiliates must transparently disclose their commercial relationship with lyonbars.gold.

Affiliate links, product recommendations, paid collaborations, or commission-based recommendations must be labelled as advertising, sponsored content, affiliate links, or commercial recommendations in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

The affiliate is solely responsible for complying with the disclosure obligations applicable in their country, on their platform, and towards their target audience.

17. Data Protection

Affiliates undertake to comply with all applicable data protection laws.

In particular, personal data may only be collected, processed, and used lawfully.

For newsletter advertising, the affiliate must have valid consent from the recipients.

lyonbars.gold processes personal data in connection with the Affiliate Program, in particular for the administration of partners, recording of referrals, calculation of commissions, payouts, and fraud prevention.

18. Availability of the Partner Program

lyonbars.gold strives to ensure reliable operation of the Affiliate Program but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tracking, the dashboard, the website, or individual functions.

Technical disruptions, maintenance work, system updates, cookie restrictions, browser blockers, user privacy decisions, or external service providers may affect tracking.

An entitlement to commission exists only for sales that have been correctly recorded in the system and confirmed by lyonbars.gold.

19. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

lyonbars.gold may amend these Affiliate Terms and Conditions, commission models, tracking rules, payout requirements, or other program components at any time with effect for the future.

Material changes will be communicated to affiliates in an appropriate manner, for example by email or via the affiliate dashboard.

If an affiliate continues participation in the Partner Program after notification of the changes, the amended Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted.

20. Suspension and Termination

lyonbars.gold may suspend an affiliate or terminate the collaboration at any time, in particular in the event of:

• breach of these Terms and Conditions
• misleading advertising
• spam
• brand abuse
• coupon abuse
• own purchases for the purpose of generating commissions
• fraudulent conduct
• disreputable environment
• false information
• conduct damaging to reputation
• lack of economic or strategic brand fit

The affiliate may terminate participation in the Partner Program at any time.

After termination of the partnership, affiliate links, advertising materials, coupons, logos, and other materials of lyonbars.gold must no longer be actively promoted.

Outstanding commissions will only be paid if they have been properly generated, approved, and are not excluded due to breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

21. Liability

Affiliates act independently and are solely responsible for their content, advertising activities, legal obligations, and technical systems.

The affiliate shall indemnify lyonbars.gold against third-party claims arising from unlawful, misleading, or contractually non-compliant advertising activities by the affiliate.

lyonbars.gold shall not be liable for lost commissions, technical tracking losses, indirect damages, data loss, outages, lost profits, or other consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

22. No Authority to Represent

Affiliates are independent partners and do not act as representatives, employees, agents, commercial agents, or legal representatives of lyonbars.gold.

Affiliates are not authorized to:

• conclude contracts on behalf of lyonbars.gold
• make binding commitments
• individually guarantee prices
• make binding promises regarding delivery times
• make legal or financial statements on behalf of lyonbars.gold
• handle customer service or complaints in a binding manner

23. Confidentiality

Information made available by lyonbars.gold to an affiliate that is not publicly accessible must be treated as confidential.

This applies in particular to:

• individual commission rates
• internal margins
• B2B terms
• OEM offers
• unpublished product information
• technical information
• customer data
• strategic information

This information may not be disclosed to third parties or made public without prior approval from lyonbars.gold.

24. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Affiliate Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the original provision.

The law applicable at the registered office of the operator of lyonbars.gold shall apply, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

The place of jurisdiction shall be, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the operator of lyonbars.gold.
