Exchange or Return of Goods
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below. This policy explains who is eligible, how to start a return, what costs apply, and when you’ll receive your refund or replacement.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
The return request must be submitted within this time.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days after approval (if applicable).
Eligible items (condition requirements)
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
It must include all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories
It must be well packed to avoid transport damage
If the returned item shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or unsuitable packaging, we may reject the return or deduct a value reduction (if allowed by local law).
Non-returnable items (examples)
For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, the following items are typically non-returnable:
Products with a rebate
Custom-made or personalized products
Digital products / downloads / gift cards
Items marked “final sale” / clearance

If you want a different size/color/model:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the replacement costs more/less, we’ll either charge or refund the difference
If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you can choose a refund instead
How to start a return or exchange
Contact us at over our contact form on this website with:
Order number
Item(s) you want to return/exchange
Reason (optional but helps us improve)
Photos if the item is damaged/incorrect
We will reply with:
Return instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization
The return address and any labeling requirements
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, unless your local consumer law allows unconditional returns without prior approval.
Return shipping costs
If you changed your mind: you cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect: we cover return shipping (or reimburse reasonable shipping costs), after verification.
If your order had original shipping fees, those are not refundable
Refunds (timing and method)
Once we receive and inspect the return:
We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: typically 14 business days after inspection
(Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.)
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will reflect only the returned items (and any applicable adjustments).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of:
The item
The packaging
The shipping label (if possible)
We will offer (depending on the case): replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.
International orders (customs & duties)
For international shipments:
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are customer responsibility!
If a package is refused and returned due to unpaid duties, we may deduct return shipping and handling from your refund (if permitted).

You received a delivery confirmation with your order. It contains a tracking number and a link to the shipping company. Please use the tracking number or link to check with the shipping company to find out where your shipment is. If you encounter any problems, please contact the shipping company and clarify where your shipment is.
Deliveries are handled by our transport companies. These companies normally only work on business days and not on public holidays. Depending on the local address to which the shipment is being sent, it may be a public holiday there, in which case the delivery will be made on the following business day.
Deliveries will be made to the delivery address you provided during checkout. The postal code you provided is the one to which the delivery will be made. Please make sure it is correct. If the delivery address has been entered incorrectly, the delivery will be returned to us and we will have to resend it for a fee. This may cause further delays.
We currently only offer standard shipping on business days. Therefore, express delivery is not yet available. Should this change, we will update this notice. You would then also have the option to select express delivery at checkout.
Yes, as the value of the deliveries is high, receipt must be confirmed with a signature upon delivery. Track the delivery using the tracking number to find out when it will arrive. This will allow you to confirm receipt in person.
Important! For orders that you wish to pay for in advance, i.e., by bank transfer, the order will be reserved for you for 5 days. If no payment has been received after 5 days, the order will be canceled.
